Passion Pit - Little Secrets
I’ve been listening to Passion Pit pretty nonstop since I rediscovered them, so my anticipation has been running at dangerous levels for their full-length debut Manners. Now that I’ve heard it, I can say there’s nothing as immediately grabbing as anything on their Chunk of Change EP. The singer seems stuck in “helium mode”, but musically you can hear them expanding their sound. Early candidates for Summer Jam of ‘09 are: Sleepyhead (obvs), The Reeling, and this one: Little Secrets.
