It’s Blitz is even more of a departure from the low-fi dancepunk of the Yeah Yeah Yeahs debut. Unlike a lot of people, I loved their sophmore album Show Your Bones and like seeing them stretch their sound in new directions. It definitely stretches on this new one. Favorite songs so far: Heads Will Roll, Dull Life and Soft Shock.
